About Us/FAQs

  • Who are you? Hi! We're Tony & Robin Soucie, we've got 25+ years of experience in Strongman. We do training, host competitions, make equipment, and more.  We love helping people get stronger, meet their goals, and make new friends along the way.

  • Where are you? Our private training clubhouse is in St. Anne, IL (60 miles south of Chicago)

​

  • How strong do I need to be to start? That's the great thing- you don't need ANY specific numbers to get started! We'll work to get you stronger and more skilled wherever you're starting from - even if you've never seen an Atlas Stone in real life

​

  • Do you have ______ piece of equipment? Probably! We have a HUGE collection of Strongman and strength training equipment.

​

  • Will people laugh at me if I suck at this? Nope! Not only is Strongman full of very supportive people, we all remember what it was like starting out. We have a great crew of athletes that train with us, and we strive to have a positive training environment that's a lot of fun.

  • I see your athletes on Instagram consistently hitting PR's, how is that possible? It's not magic- we do our part to identify their needs/goals and design an effective program. They put in consistent hard work on their training, and great things happen!

​

  • How does training with you work? We offer personal coaching and Weekend Warrior group training. We work with you to create a plan to fit your needs whether you want to train here 3-4 days a week or a few times a month.

​

  • I work a weird schedule and can't train at the same time each week, can I still train with you? Absolutely! Most of our athletes work variable schedules, so we work to find days and times that work for them.

​

  • I want to work with you, what do I do next?                   to set up a tour. You can see our facility, meet us, and decide if we're a good fit for each other. No obligations.
